My haul today includes 18 boxes of Bayer aspirin, 32ct / 36ct and 8 gerber baby food, 3 boxes of Playtex bottle liners, a loaf of bread and freshly made sushi all for only $7.46, which was mostly tax!

=$0.19 each or $0.38 total plus tax

The $3 Catalina makes this a $2.62 MM. You can also roll this Catalina onto the next transaction. This is what I did with my items; buying two Bayer at a time and buying items to cover the overage of $2.62 with the $3 catalina.
I also used 3 $1.50/1 Playtex Drop-In liners (Internet Printable NLA) and 4 $1/2 Gerber SS 6/9
In 3 of my transactions, I also had a negative balance and got cash back when I bought the Gerber Graduates shells & cheese for $1.59 each:
