If you haven’t already, sign up for free to become a CVS advisor – I usually get one once a month and it never takes more than a few minutes to fill out the online survey. You get the ExtraBucks at the end of the survey right away and can print it to use in store.
You can also take the survey on your phone, as I did, although the survey is not optimized for mobile use, it does work!
