Did you mail in your daily entries to request a FREE Victoria’s Secret Reward Card last month like we shared?! This offer is no longer available, but if you did mail in your entries, you should have gotten them via email by now! Several people have reported not getting any at all. Every stamp you used to mail it in should not go unnoticed, so if you didn’t receive them yet, don’t worry! We have you covered! Follow the steps below to have your Replacement Code sent to you!

1. You must wait 10 days from the last issue date to claim your Replacement Code. In this case, the date is 4/18/15.

2. Call Victoria’s Secret Customer Service 1-800-411-5116

3. Press “Option 6” for Secret Rewards

4. Say “Replacement Card”

5. At this point, you will be redirected to a Customer Service Representative. You will have to tell them that you are missing Secret Rewards Codes that were never sent to your email. Ask them to issue a Replacement Card per Code that you are missing.

They will issue out one Replacement Card per Code and send it to your email that you used for this promotion.
